Aptean Proof of Delivery is a modern, mobile SaaS solution that supports the execution, tracking, and confirmation of deliveries. It provides real-time visibility into delivery status across your entire fleet and includes a customer-facing portal for tracking scheduled deliveries.

Once a transport order in Aptean Food & Beverage is fully loaded, the full truck manifest is automatically sent to Aptean Proof of Delivery. As drivers complete each stop, delivery data is received in real time by the ERP. This triggers automated processes such as quantity corrections, sales order returns, proof of delivery documentation, and invoicing.

· Flexible Integration: Works independently or alongside Aptean Routing & Scheduling.

· Data Export: Once Transport Orders are fully loaded, the data is sent to Aptean Proof of Delivery.

· Data Import: Captures confirmed quantities, rejections, customer signatures, and photos from the driver’s device and imports them into Business Central.

· Automatic Quantity Adjustments: Configure automatic shipment corrections or initiate a sales order return based on rejected or damaged items.

· Proof of Delivery Document: Automatically generates and sends a document to the customer that includes shipped and confirmed delivery quantities, signatures, and photos.

· Optional Auto-Invoicing: Automatically post invoices after delivery data is processed and corrections are made.

Free. Requires subscription to Aptean Food and Beverage and Aptean Proof of Delivery to utilize this app. This app requires the use of the Aptean Transport App within Aptean Food and Beverage.
